Art in Action Festival

I spent today meeting some lovely artists and makers at ‪Art in Action‬ Festival.

There was lots to do; saw inspirational artwork, listened to beautiful sounding bowl music, took part in a public weave and enjoyed shawarma wraps followed by lavender and honey ice-cream.
Hard work all this research!

If I had to choose a favourite piece of artwork from the day, it would have to be Eve Kelly's wonderful needle felt piece 'Felted Reflection', displayed in the Best of the Best exhibition marquee.
