Paint pouring fun!

Tried my hand at acrylic paint pouring for the first time, used a kit and started with pebbles and marbling inks which turned out really well.

Pebbles left to dry

The green/blue canvas was done with paint puddle technique. I ran out of paint when
creating his one. Note to self, more paint required for pouring!

Blue and white paint, followed by green and white paint.

The next two canvases were done using the flip cup technique - I think they look quite effective:

A mix of purple and white acrylic plus pink micron with pouring medium created 'Purple River'.

Painting Demo Day @ Stantonbury

I spent today demonstrating my style of painting  live at the Stantonbury Gallery Bar. I was working on my newest piece, a baby Emperor Tamarin monkey. It was great to chat to visitors who'd come over to see the collection and thank you to everyone who left such positive feedback!
